Weekly schedule

The event is scheduled automatically every Saturday at 14:00 EST. Its next start appears in the website Event Timers, so guilds can organize before the castle countdown begins.

Countdown

Global warnings are sent 10, 5, 3, 2, and 1 minute before activation, followed by a final warning at 30 seconds. Castle doors remain sealed during the countdown and cannot be opened by players.

Participation requirement

At activation time, at least three distinct guilds must each have five or more members online. If fewer than three guilds qualify, the castle is not activated and the event is cancelled for that week.

Entering the castle

When the event activates, the sealed doors are replaced by attackable Castle Gates. Guilds must break through the gates, push into the castle, and reach the Emperium crystal.

Siege timer and gates

The event begins with 30 minutes on the siege timer. Every Castle Gate destroyed by a challenger immediately adds 5 minutes to the live deadline. The owner cannot damage or heal its own gates to manufacture extra time. The website Event Timer and the !woe command follow the extended deadline, not only the original starting time.

The Emperium crystal

Emperium has 500 billion health and does not regenerate the former massive heal during the siege. Only a player who belongs to a guild, or that player's summon, can deal valid damage to it.

First event: unclaimed castle

When the castle has no owner, there is no defending guild. Every participating guild is a challenger, and the guild whose member delivers the lethal last hit to Emperium becomes the first owner. If Emperium survives until the final, gate-extended deadline, the castle remains unclaimed.

Later events: attack and defense

The current owner cannot damage or heal its own Emperium. Its objective is to defend the crystal until the live siege timer expires. If Emperium is still alive at the final, gate-extended deadline, the defending guild wins and retains the castle.

Challenger victory

Every non-owner guild is a challenger. A challenger wins immediately when one of its members, or that member's summon, delivers the lethal last hit to Emperium. Earlier damage and total guild damage do not decide ownership; only the lethal last hit transfers the castle.

Castle ownership

When Emperium falls, ownership transfers to the successful challenger and the siege ends immediately. When the timer expires with Emperium alive, ownership does not change. The result is announced globally and the castle is restored for the next weekly event.

Preparation

Owners should assign defenders to the gates, approaches, and crystal chamber. Challengers should coordinate their breach and protect their opportunity to land the lethal final hit. Have at least five members online before 14:00 EST so your guild counts toward activation.
